Case background and Court filed documents

There is litigation currently pending against GoPuff in the Southern District of New York, 1:24-cv-06727-JHR Guerrero v. GoPuff et al, which is GoPuff.18.Amended Complaint. GoPuff, however, has moved to send the case to arbitration where workers cannot unite, and cannot pursue their claims together, which is GoPuff.26.Brief for MTC MTD. We have opposed this motion, and we are fighting back to protect the rights of GoPuff workers in New York City and beyond, which you can see in GoPuff.31.Opposition to Motion to Compel.
